We were listed among startups such as Careem, Fetchr, Souqalmal or Pixelbug whose innovative ideas make UAE one of the world’s biggest competitors in industries such as technology, transportation, education or retail.
So we would like to share with you what we believe to be the main reasons that brought ShortPoint among the top 50 startups from across the Emirates.
Local startup, international approach
We launched ShortPoint in Dubai, and thanks to our team’s international expertise and business approach it is now a global company. We currently have clients from USA, Australia, Europe and the Middle East. Also, in just one year, we opened two more offices, in Ukraine and Jordan.
Our product addresses the needs of companies worldwide when it comes to designing modern, interactive and high-quality intranet sites, simply and quickly. The diversity of industries in which our clients are active proves it: from governments or semi-governments to educational institutions, large enterprises, and SMBs.
Solving a global pain point
Speaking of international approach, another reason that makes ShortPoint an innovative startup is that we solve a pain point while radically increasing productivity and harnessing collaboration within a company. And these start with that framework that exists in companies from all over the world: the intranet. How many of us haven’t felt frustrated or downright powerless when it came to using the company’s intranet, no matter where that company was located? Through all of ShortPoint’s features, we are solving this problem so that the next time you need a document, you won’t have to go five floors up to get it, but instead know its exact location in the intranet, thanks to the intuitive UX.
Quality of the product and support services
One of the things we value the most is the quality of our work. We continue to improve our product, by conducting research and listening to feedback from clients. In return, we are there for them whenever they need help. Apart from our Knowledge Base, ShortPoint’s team of founders, developers and designers are always there to answer questions regarding the use of the product.
Our vision is based on automatization, to simplify the process of designing a webpage for the intranet, and focus instead on the ultimate goal of increasing collaboration and productivity, and generating innovation within the company.
